Stacking the Shelves #18

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, which is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. You can read more about the creation of Stacking the Shelves by visiting the official launch page here.

This post actually encompasses the past two weeks, as I didn’t get a chance to post last weekend. It includes a few books that are part of upcoming blog tours and some Kindle deals.

My stop on the At What Cost Blog Tour was posted earlier today, and features a giveaway of three e-book copies of the book. The giveaway is open internationally, so make sure you enter! Between October 1st and December 31st, I’m participating in the Review Copy Wipeout, so am going to attempt to get all of my outstanding galleys/ARCs read during that time. We’ll see how it goes!

  1. Great haul, Merin! Partials was a so-so read for me; it was a little more science-oriented than the dystopians I’m used to reading. Phantom looks like an interesting retelling; I look forward to your review of it! Happy reading!

Great Haul! I have Partials but still need to read it. Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading!

  3. Elle says:

    Great haul! :D
    My StS!! :)
    Happy reading!

  4. Livvy @Nerdy Book Reviews says:

You got Splintered?! Well jealous. They declined me about a billion times. Although I did hear it wasn’t that good. Still, I’ll look out for your thoughts!

I’ve heard great things about the Partials, so I might have to pick it up myself. I have seen it cheap on Amazon and for such a huge book to get a cheap kindle version is great!

    Happy reading, Merin.

    • Merin says:

I picked up Partials because of the sale. I won’t spend more than $4 on e-books, with a couple of exceptions (the Heroes of Olympus books, most notably). And I’ve heard some good things about it, so figured, why not?

      • Livvy @Nerdy Book Reviews says:

Exactly and I know your feelings about e-books, why would I want to spend more than £4 on something that I don’t physically hold as such.
So have I. I hope you enjoy it and I’ll look out for your review which might convince me to get it too.

  5. Liesl & Po is such a sweet book! The drawings in it are really pretty :) And you have Splintered <3 I keep requesting it, haha. I really. really. really need a copy from Netgalley.

    Happy reading! :D

  7. Oh wow, great haul! Liesl & Po was one of my absolute favorite reads of 2012, I hope you love it as much as I did! I’m dying to read Partials & super curious about Splintered! Enjoy all your goodies and thanks for sharing :)

Thanks for visiting! I love receiving comments and do my best to respond to all of them. However, due to time constraints, this blog is now an award and tag free zone. I really appreciate the thought, but just don't have the time to pass them on.
