Bought At My Favorite Independent Bookstore:
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling

Confession: I don’t really shop at Indie Bookstores. I know I should, but there isn’t one close, and, well … I am actually exceedingly lazy, and also not the biggest fan of driving. However, I did pick up the last two Harry Potter books from Left Bank Books, mostly because they threw huge Midnight Release parties to celebrate the books. They’d shut down the street, have games and lots of fun things for people to do, and it was just generally a really great time (my friends and I even won a trivia contest when DH was released, and won awesome slap bracelets!). That’s one thing I actually really miss; I don’t think any book – even though they still do Midnight Releases for some titles – will ever churn up the excitement that Harry Potter did.

Thanks for visiting! I love receiving comments and do my best to respond to all of them. However, due to time constraints, this blog is now an award and tag free zone. I really appreciate the thought, but just don't have the time to pass them on.
