Merin’s Mid-Week Musings #7

Mid-Week Musings is a new(ish) feature here at Read and Reviewed, where I sum up my reading for the past week and introduce a topic for discussion. It is inspired by Musing Mondays over at A Daily Rhythm and her previous WWW Wednesday meme, which has been discontinued.

Favorite Genres! What’s your favorite type of book to read? I tend to default to fantasy reads (or mythology retellings – LOVE me some mythology retellings!), but lately have been trying to add a bit more contemporary to the mix. I also read a mix of middle grade and YA, because I love both, although a lot of my “loves” have actually been MG titles. Throw in a little bit of paranormal romance and you pretty much have my reading in a nutshell.

What about you? I’d love to hear from you in the comments!

  1. I tend to keep to Fantasy and paranormal with lots of young adult in it, but I throw in some mystery and other books from time to time

Thanks for visiting! I love receiving comments and do my best to respond to all of them. However, due to time constraints, this blog is now an award and tag free zone. I really appreciate the thought, but just don't have the time to pass them on.
