Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, which is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. You can read more about the creation of Stacking the Shelves by visiting the official launch page here.
I got far more books this week than I’d originally intended, thanks to some of my library requests coming in and some e-galleys I just couldn’t resist. This week I’m on Spring Break, though (gotta love working in the education system!), so I’m hoping to get through a good number of my TBR pile, or at least the library books!
Library Picks:
- Unremembered by Jessica Brody
- Let the Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger
- Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes
Purchased:
- Wondrous Strange by Lesley Livingston (paperback is on sale on Amazon for $3.60!)
- Darklight by Lesley Livingston
- Tempestuous by Lesley Livingston
E-books/E-Galleys:
- Blaze by Laurie Boyle Crompton (Edelweiss)
- Linked by Imogen Howson (Edelweiss)
- The Brokenhearted by Amelia Kahaney (Edelweiss)
- Marco Impossible by Hannah Moskowitz (e-book)
- Thorn Abbey by Nancy Ohlin (Edelweiss)
- The Chaos of Stars by Kiersten White (Edelweiss)
Thanks so much to Sourcebooks Fire, Simon Pulse and HarperTeen for the e-galleys! I’m really excited to read these.

Love the cover of linked, looking forward to your reviews!
I’ve heard a lot about Let the Sky Fall I hope it’s great and I love the sound of Thorn Abbey – happy reading.
Falling Kingdoms rocked my world. Happy reading!
All the books you got from the library are books that I want to read. I hope you get lots of reading done on your Spring Break. I have the whole weekend off (I work every other Saturday) and I am determined to get lots of reading done, as well and doing stuff for the blog and lots of Spring Cleaning for the house. It’s a lot to do, but I’m feeling very productive this morning :)
I hope the weather is nice for your Spring break. It’s still very cold here and we got more snow last night. Ugh! I am so ready for Spring!
Anyway, enjoy your goodies. Happy reading :)
Falling Kingdoms was very good. It had just the right amount of everything to make it intriguing and spell-binding, if you pardon the pun. Hope you enjoy it!
Stacking the Shelves #19

My Haul!
Falling Kingdoms looks so good. I’ve had it on my TBR list for a while, and as soon as I get through some of the books I already own, I’ll put it on hold at the library. I hope you enjoy reading all of these, Merin!

Your books look fabulous. I’m having 2 weeks off soon (I also work in the education system) and can’t wait to get stuck into some books. Have a great break and happy reading! :-)
Merin, fantastic haul! And your so lucky to have the week off, yay!!! I loveeee Lesley Livingston <3 I cannot wait to see what you think of Wondrous Strange… maybe I'm biased because she is from Toronto, lol. I cannot wait to read Unremembered, I've heard so many mixed reviews so I can't wait to see what you think. Our tastes are always quite similar. And Linked! And The Chaos of Stars! Sheesh… so many awesomes. I hope you enjoy them all Merin :)

Great haul of books this week! The cover for The Chaos of Stars kind of reminds me of the one for A Discovery of Witches. I hope it’s good! Here’s our list if you’d like to see it: BiblioJunkies Happy reading!
